You retain all rights to the memes you create using the Service. fade.pics does not claim any ownership over your created content. You are free to use your memes for any purpose, including commercial use.

5. Premium Features and Payments

fade.pics offers a one-time payment option to unlock premium features including watermark removal. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase:

• You agree to pay the stated price at the time of purchase
• Access to premium features is granted immediately upon successful payment
• Premium access is tied to your email address and is non-transferable

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Service and immediate access to premium features, refunds are generally not provided. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing paid features, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
